(UTV | COLOMBO) – The Ministry of Transport stated that the recommendations on increasing the train ticket fares in line with the fuel price hike, will be received on Friday (18).
Minister of Transport, Dilum Amunugama said the Department of Railways has been instructed to increase the train ticket fares at the lowest possible rate.
A committee headed by the General Manager of Railway’s is preparing the series of recommendations on the hike in train ticket fares.
