(UTV | COLOMBO) – With the recovery of 89 COVID-19 infected people, the number of recoveries has increased to 3,803, the Epidemiology Unit of the Health Ministry said.
The total number of COVID-19 patients stands at 7,521, out of which 3,703 patients are still receiving treatment at 31 hospitals.
The total number of COVID-19 cases reported from the Minuwangoda and Peliyagoda cluster has increased to 4,050.
Another 537 suspected of being infected with the virus are under medical observation.
