(UTV | COLOMBO) – Island-wide dengue eradication project tomorrow and on Friday
The State Ministry of Provincial Councils & Local Government Affairs has planned to implement an island wide dengue eradication programme tomorrow and on Friday. The programme is implemented in collaboration with all Ministries, local government institutions and non-governmental organizations. Last year, more than 25,900 dengue cases were reported in the country while 19 dengue-related deaths were also reported.
