(UTV | COLOMBO) – The Welisara Navy Base that was closed on the 27th of April , following the discovery of a number of coronavirus cases, will reopen today under several phases.
Navy Media Spokesman Lieutenant Commander Isuru Sooriyabandara said the Navy Base is reopening, after the Director General of Health Services Dr. Anil Jasinghe provided a written certification that there is no threat of the coronavirus.
