(UTV | COLOMBO) The vaccination of students sitting the 2021 GCE Advanced Level Examination in all education zones in the Colombo District will commence from today.
The Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education have made joint preparations, to administer the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine to students between the ages of 18 and 19 in schools from the 21st.
The programme will be launched in the Colombo District today as the pilot project.
The Education Ministry said vaccinations will be administered at all zones of the Colombo District; Homagama, Colombo, Jayawardenepura and Piliyandala.
