UNP Minneriya Seat Organiser further remanded

(UTV | COLOMBO) – Former Deputy Minister and United National Party Minneriya Seat Organiser Chandrasiri Suriyarachchi has been further remanded till 09 January.

The order was issued by the Polonnaruwa Magistrate’s Court today (07).

He is charged with threatening a businessman in Polonnaruwa with a firearm and causing damages to four vehicles.

The suspect was arrested on 30 December.
