(UTV | COLOMBO) – A Sub-Inspector and a Sergeant attached to the Panadura Police were suspended with immediate effect following the incident in which a man has died after jumping out of a moving police jeep.
The officers were suspended for having been negligent and failed to act with responsibility when taking the suspect, the Police Spokesman DIG Ajith Rohana said.
