Two airlines resume operations to Sri Lanka

(UTV | COLOMBO) – Two airlines that had suspended flights to Sri Lanka due to the COVID-19 pandemic, have resumed their operations.

According to the Daily Mirror, two flights; Salam Air and Thai Air Asia touched down at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) during the last 24-hours.

A flight operated by Salam Air arrived at the BIA from Muscat, Oman carrying 75 passengers, while a Thai Air Asia cargo aircraft landed at the BIA last night (18).
