(UTV|COLOMBO) – A statement is being recorded from Criminal Investigation Department’s (CID) former ASP B.S.Thisera over the previous investigation into Dr. Shafi Shihabdeen, police said. It was reported that the ASP had returned a hard-drive, which was taken to custody, to Dr. Shihabdeen. It has been later found out that the content of the hard-drive had been deleted when a new investigation was launched into the incident.
