(UTV|COLOMBO) – A few showers could sweep across parts of the country in the afternoon hours, the Department of Meteorology forecasted today (01).
Accordingly, a few showers may occur in the Eastern and Uva Provinces, while showers or thundershowers may occur at a few places in Sabaragamuwa Province and in Galle, Kalutara, Kandy, Matara, and Nuwara Eliya Districts after 2.00 PM.
Furthermore, misty conditions can also be expected at some places in Central, Sabaragamuwa, Uva, and Western Provinces during the morning.
