(UTV | COLOMBO) – The Department of Immigration and Emigration says it will only accept passport applications from those who have scheduled appointments on Monday, September 19.
Despite the government declaring a special holiday on Monday, the Department said it will accept applications from people who have already reserved a spot at its headquarters and regional offices.
As a result, applications for passports will be accepted under both the one-day and regular services. However, the Department will not provide any other services on Monday.
