(UTV | COLOMBO) – The Department of Prisons has taken steps to provide inmates with a special meal for the New Year.
Steps have been taken to provide Milk Rice for breakfast and Vegetable Rice for lunch today (Jan. 1).
The Prisons Department said this program is being implemented in all prisons across the island today.
