(UTV | COLOMBO) – A special discussion is due to be held today pertaining to reopening universities.
The discussion will be held at the University Grants Commission.
Vice-Chancellors of all universities across the island are due to attend the talks.
Vaccination of university students will also be discussed during the meeting.
The UGC said reports on the number of vaccinated students from each university is due to be considered.
The UGC added accordingly academic activities of universities will most likely resume from next month.
