(UTV | COLOMBO) – An initiative has been launched to inform applicants applying for the one day service to obtain National Identity Cards, when their NIC is ready for collection via SMS.
Commissioner General of Registration of Persons Viyani Gunathilaka said the program was launched yesterday.
