SL approves Indian Covishield vaccine

(UTV |COLOMBO) – The Indian High Commission has announced that the government of Sri Lanka has approved the emergency use of the Oxford astrazeneca or Covishield vaccine manufactured in India in Sri Lanka.

Accordingly, the Indian government has informed that it will take immediate action to send the vaccine to Sri Lanka.
