(UTV | COLOMBO) – Sharmila Rajapaksa was appointed as the new Director-General of the Department of National Zoological Gardens by President Gotabaya Rajapaksa. She is scheduled to assume duties tomorrow (28).
The post of Director-General of the Department of National Zoological Gardens became vacant following the recent resignation of Ishini Wickramasinghe.
