(UTV | COLOMBO) – The Supreme Court today (22) ordered that the Fundamental Rights (FR) petition filed by former Director of the Criminal Investigations Department Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Shani Abeysekera to be taken up for consideration on 31 March.
The petition was taken up for consideration before Justice Buwaneka Aluwihare, Janak de Silva and Yasantha Kodagoda.
