(UTV | COLOMBO) – The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) announced that 7,000 MT of Fuel will be distributed throughout the country today (25).
The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation further said 4,000 MT of diesel and 3,000 MT of petrol will be distributed to CEYPETCO filling stations.
However, there is no final decision on the implementation of the QR bases system for the distribution of fuel in the country.
The Chairman of the All Ceylon Petrol Station Owners’ Association Kumara Rajapaksa said that fuel will be issued from filling stations according to the last digit of the vehicle’s registration number, today as well until the green light is given to implement the QR bases system for the distribution of fuel.
