(UTV | COLOMBO) – The Geological Survey and Mines Bureau states that licences for the transportation and excavation of soil, sand and stone will be issued by a single institution from January 01st.
Chairman of the Geology and Mining Bureau, Anura Walpola stated that licences can be obtained after visiting the Geology and Mining Bureau and submitting the relevant documents.
