Rs. 5,000 : Priority to those who have lost their income

(UTV | COLOMBO) – State Minister of Samurdhi, Household Economy, Micro Finance, Self Employment and Business Development states that priority will be given to those who have completely lost their income due to travel restrictions when providing the allowance of Rs. 5,000 to persons other than Samurdhi recipients.

The State Minister told that the allowance has been given to all Samurdhi recipients.

However, various groups continue to allege that they have not not received the Rs. 5,000 allowance.
