(UTV | COLOMBO) – A policeman was killed and six others sustained injuries following an accident in Ginigathhena.
The Police said that a van in which they were travelling had toppled due to adverse weather.
A Police Sub-Inspector who was travelling in the van was killed in the accident.
The Police said that six others, including three policemen sustained injuries.
The injured have been admitted to hospital for treatment.
