(UTV | COLOMBO) – Another 2,608 individuals in the Western Province have been warned by Police over failure to wear face masks in the correct manner.
A Police operation was carried out yesterday to inspect persons violating health guidelines.
851 officers of the Traffic Police were part of yesterday’s operation, during which 3,233 motorcyclists and 3,264 three-wheelers were inspected.
Police said a total of 9,661 individuals were inspected during the operation.
