(UTV | COLOMBO) – The Sri Lanka Police says that an officer attached to Sri Lanka Navy has passed away after falling off the top floor of the Gaffoor Building located down Baron Jayathilake Mawatha in Fort, Colombo.
The Gaffoor Building is currently being renovated by the Sri Lanka Navy Engineering Corps.
According to Police, the Navy officer who sustained serious injuries had passed away after being admitted to the Colombo National Hospital.
The deceased has been identified as a 34-year-old resident of Kandaketiya.
