(UTV | COLOMBO) – Five pistols, eight magazines and ten bullets were found hidden in a jungle at Walana in Weligama by the Police Narcotics Bureau (PNB).
Police said the weapons and ammunition were found near the Walana Covid treatment centre and the Medical Officer of Health’s office following a tip off.
It was revealed that the pistols were Chinese-made and further investigation is underway.
