The total number of persons arrested on charges of violating curfew has increased to 9,466.
Accordingly the total number of vehicles seized since the operation commenced, has also risen to 2,332.
Police said the suspects were arrested between the 20th of March and 6.00am today.
Meanwhile, Police said 1,015 persons were arrested within the 24 hour time frame spanning 6.00am yesterday and 6.00am today.
254 vehicles were also seized during this time period.
