(UTV | COLOMBO) – Sri Lanka Police arrested a total of 948 suspect on Saturday (23) in a special crimes prevention operation in the Western Province, on the directive of the Senior DIG in-Charge of the Wester Province.
Law enforcement personnel arrested 398 people with outstanding warrants against them and were absconding courts, 60 suspects connected to multiple crimes, and 405 suspects connected to various acts of corruption.
