(UTV | COLOMBO) – A total of 93 prisoners granted a Presidential pardon in view of the Poson Poya Day, the Department of Prisons stated.
This includes 16 imprisoned for unlawful detention of former LTTE (Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam) cadres and 77 others for minor offences.
