(UTV | COLOMBO) – Over 72,000 PCR tests have now been conducted in Sri Lanka.
A total of 1,890 PCR tests were carried out across the island yesterday, to identify COVID-19 patients.
Accordingly the total number of tests conducted thus far in the island now stands at 72,180.
Over 2,000 PCR tests were conducted on Wednesday, the highest number of tests carried out in a single day thus far.
