(UTV | COLOMBO) – Over 700 individuals were arrested yesterday (30) for not wearing face masks and failing to maintain social distancing.
Accordingly, a total of 755 individuals were arrested in various parts of the capital and across the country.
The Police Media Spokesperson, Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Ajith Rohana said that 18,055 individuals have been arrested since 30 October, 2020 for failing to adhere to the health regulations.
