(UTV | COLOMBO) – Over 600 individuals were arrested yesterday (07) for not following quarantine regulations.
Police Spokesperson, Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Ajith Rohana said that 342 persons were arrested in the Colombo for not wearing face masks and not maintaining social distance within the past 24-hours.
The DIG added that 617 suspects have been arrested in this regard.
