(UTV | COLOMBO) – Another 53 persons have tested positive for COVID-19 in the Colombo District.
The patients were among 167 infected individuals reported in the country in the 24-hours ending at 6.00 this morning (04), the National Operations Centre for the Prevention of COVID-19 (NOCPC) stated.
Accordingly, 135 patients were detected from within the country, while 32 patients were Sri Lankans who had returned from overseas.
