Over 290 COVID cases detected in Colombo yesterday

(UTV | COLOMBO) – The National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak says 298 of yesterday’s 892 new coronavirus cases identified in Sri Lanka, the country’s highest daily caseload thus far, were recorded from the Colombo District.

Of cases identified in Colombo, 24 cases each were from Mattakkuliya and Slave Island, with 21 identified from Grandpass and 14 each from Fort and Moratuwa.
