(UTV | COLOMBO) – A total of 1,900 Public Health Inspectors (PHIs) are to be deployed country-wide to arrest errant traders selling outdated and food during the forthcoming festive season.
The PHI Association has planned to conduct raids on errant traders since from today (10).
