(UTV | COLOMBO) – Private operators say only 20 per cent of private buses will function today (21).
Chairman of the Lanka Private Bus Owners’ Association Gemunu Wijeratne said they have been instructed to operate buses only within Provinces.
He added, due to a reduction in demand, they are not expecting to deploy a large number of buses but assured that all health and safety guidelines will be followed while operating private buses.
