No impact to Sri Lanka from debris of Chinese rocket

(UTV | COLOMBO) – Debris of China’s biggest rocket landed in the Indian Ocean today (09) and did not have any impact on Sri Lanka.

According to the Reuters news agency the bulk of its components were destroyed upon reentry into the Earth’s atmosphere.

There had been concerns earlier that the impact of the remnants of the rocket in the Indian Ocean may have an impact on Sri Lanka.
