(UTV | COLOMBO) – The new Kelani Bridge “Golden Gate Kalyani” will be open to the general public with effect from 3.00 p.m. today (Nov.25), the Ministry of Highways announced.
The bridge was declared open yesterday (Nov.24) in a ceremony held under the patronage of President Gotabaya Rajapaksa and Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa.
