(UTV | COLOMBO) – Moratuwa Mayor Saman Lal Fernando was granted bail by Moratuwa Magistrate’s Court.
He was accused of obstructing the duties of a doctor during the vaccination programme,
The Mayor was arrested after he surrendered to the Mount Lavinia Police.
