(UTV | MANNAR) – The former Bishop of Mannar, the Right Reverend Rayappu Joseph has passed away at the age-of-80, the Bishop’s House in Mannar stated.
Bishop Rayappu worked in close collaboration with the Vatican, International Caritas Agencies and countries of the European Union (EU) to promote peace in Sri Lanka.
