(UTV | COLOMBO) – The case filed against former Inspector General of Police Pujith Jayasundara and former Secretary of Defence Hemasiri Fernando in relation to the 2019 Easter Sunday attacks at the Colombo Magistrate’s Court has been closed.
The decision was reached as charges have been filed against the duo before the special Permanent High Court-at-Bar.
The order was issued this morning by Non-Official Colombo Magistrate Sanjaya Gamage.
