(UTV | KILINOCHCHI) – A stock of Kerala cannabis weighing 182 kilogrammes worth over Rs. 10 million has been seized in Kilinochchi.
The stock was taken into custody along with a 58-year-old suspect when it was being prepared to be loaded into a vehicle after being brought in a boat.
