(UTV | COLOMBO) – Releasing a statement, the President’s Media Division stated that the interprovincial travel restrictions would be enforced more stringently until 21 October in view of the long weekend.
President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has given the instructions today (15) when he joined the COVID Task Force meeting which held via video technology.
The President also pointed out that studies must be conducted to further reduce the COVID deaths that are reported, and to isolate the areas which continue to report more COVID cases.
