(UTV | CAMBODIA) – In an exclusive interview with A24 News Agency in Phnom Penh, Cambodian government spokesman, Phay Siphan, emphasized the respect for human rights efforts in Cambodia, calling on the United States to provide clarifications about the sanctions imposed on his country about a week ago, which include imposing an arms embargo and new export restrictions.
Siphan also denied granting the Chinese army broad power to involve in the Ream naval base, except for the Chinese workers who supervise the construction in the port.
