IGP ordered not to take action against motorcyclists wearing full-face helmets

(UTV | COLOMBO) – Inspector General of Police (IGP) C. D. Wickramaratne has been ordered not to take action on motorcyclists wearing full-face helmets.

The order was given by Attorney General (AG) Dappula de Livera.
