Heritage Derby Vehicle Sticker Launch Ceremony Held in Colombo

Colombo’s two prestigious schools, Hameed Al Husseinie College and Zahira College, are set to face off in their much-anticipated traditional football encounter, the Heritage Derby, scheduled to take place on August 10.

In the lead-up to the big match, the official vehicle sticker launch event organized by the Heritage Derby committee was held yesterday (July 19) at the Marine Grill in Wellawatte.

The event was attended by distinguished old boys, student representatives, and key administrators from both Hameed Al Husseinie and Zahira Colleges.

The official launch of the vehicle sticker marked a symbolic beginning to this year’s Derby, generating excitement and enthusiasm among supporters and alumni of both schools.

The Heritage Derby continues to serve as a platform to strengthen camaraderie, school spirit, and unity through sports. This year’s event will be exclusively covered by UTV HD as the official media partner.
