(UTV | COLOMBO) – Sri Lanka is due to receive four million doses of the Sinopharm vaccine from China today.
This is the largest stock of vaccine doses to be received by Sri Lanka within a single day.
The Chinese Embassy in Colombo said with the arrival of the consignment, the number of vaccine doses supplied by China to Sri Lanka will increase to 22 million doses.
