Four elevated railway tracks in Colombo

(UTV | COLOMBO) – The Cabinet has granted approval for the construction of 4 elevated railway tracks within the limits of the Colombo City.

The proposal was submitted by the Urban Development Authority (UDA) in order to ease traffic congestion in Colombo, the Cabinet Co-Spokesperson, Minister Udaya Gammanpila said.

Four elevated railway tracks have been named Dham, Haritha, Neela, and Raktha.
