(UTV | COLOMBO) – Three people who were under the influence of alcohol have been arrested for unruly behaviour and obstructing the duties of police and army personnel at a filling station in Pelawatte, Meegahatenna.
Meanwhile, another person was arrested for unruly behaviour at Nikaweratiya, the police said further.
