(UTV | COLOMBO) – The passenger ferry service between Battaramulla and Wellawatte has commenced this morning (04).
The project is initiated by the Urban Development Authority (UDA) as a solution to the traffic congestion in Colombo.
The first phase of the project is centred around the Beira Lake and the Wellawatte Canal with the travel time estimated to be 20-minutes between Battaramulla and Wellawatte.
