(UTV|COLOMBO) – A farmhouse security guard has been arrested for allegedly brutally killing a dog with an air rifle in Kobeigane, the Police said.
The farm was located in the Hengamuwa area in the Kobeigane Police Division. The suspect was arrested on Sunday (19) at 11.40 a.m with the air rifle which the Police said was used to kill the dog.
He was produced in the Nikaweratiya Magistrates’ Court yesterday (20) and was remanded till February 3
