(UTV | COLOMBO) – A political group working against the China’s Sinopharm COVID-vaccine has spread false propaganda among the people, the Government insisted today (05).
State Minister of Production, Supply and Regulation of Pharmaceuticals, Professor Channa Jayasumana said the World Health Organisation (WHO) does not approve vaccinations but lists them according to the data available for vaccinations.
Due to the false propaganda carried out by these groups, Members of Expert Committees studying this vaccine in Sri Lanka have been discouraged and as a result there has been a delay in administering the China’s Vaccine to Sri Lankans.
